1. Who we are

Nevi ("we", "us") provides an AI meeting-preparation service. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: privacy@nevi.app.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email address and profile picture from your Google sign-in.
  • Google Calendar data: with your permission, event titles, times, descriptions, locations, and attendee names and email addresses.
  • Content you create: questions you ask, voice recordings and transcripts from voice Q&A and roleplay sessions.
  • Usage data: device, browser, and app interaction logs used to keep the service running.

3. How we use Google user data

We access your Google Calendar with read-only permission solely to show your upcoming meetings and generate preparation reports about their agenda and attendees. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train generalized AI models. Humans do not read your data unless you give explicit consent, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Nevi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Nevi (hosting, AI processing, speech-to-text), under contracts requiring them to protect it and use it only to provide the service. We may disclose data if required by law. We never sell personal data.

6. Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel. Calendar data is cached only as long as needed to prepare your briefs.

7. Retention and deletion

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your settings or at Google Account permissions. Deleting your account removes your data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Email us to make a request.

9. Children

Nevi is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We'll post updates on this page and notify you of material changes.
